Gabriella Moissis

Music Director

Gabriella has been teaching AZJT for the past four years. Gabriella was a member of AZJT for 13 years, where she sang, played prim, and danced. What began as an extracurricular activity quickly became a defining part of her life. While attending Duquesne University for nursing school, Gabriella performed as a member of the Tamburitzans, where she continued to sing, dance, and expand her musical abilities by learning to play many different instruments. Gabriella remains actively involved in the folklore community as a member of Folklore Ensemble Ljeljo and Zelena Polja. She resides in Brecksville, Ohio, and now works as a Hematology/Oncology Nurse Practitioner at the Cleveland Clinic.

Marija Jamsek

Vocal Instructor

Marija was born in Croatia and was a member of KUD “Ljudevit Gaj” Mače where she performed Croatian folk songs and dances as a young girl. This is her twentieth year as Vocal Instructor with AZJT. Marija is happy to share her knowledge of the Croatian language and songs with the group every year. Her children Izabela, Marko, and Katarina share her love of Croatian culture and are past members of AZJT.

Debbie Jennings Faraguna

Choreographer

Debbie has been teaching AZJT for the past 31 years. She was a thirteen-year member of AZJT where she danced and played prim. Debbie also studied folk dancing and ballet for several years.She performed with the Csardas Dance Company in Cleveland, Ohio, Ensemble KUMOVI in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and previously served as a choreographer for Zelena Polja Ensemble. She is an active performing member of Folklore Ensemble Ljeljo in Pittsburgh, PA. She is a Regional Contract Manager at Sysco. Debbie and her family reside in Novelty, Ohio.

Lindsay Kosinski

Assistant Dance and Vocal Instructor

Lindsay has been an assistant dance and vocal instructor for 13 years. She was a 13-year member of AZJT where she danced, sang, and played the prim. Lindsay also was a member of the Duquesne University Tamburitzans. Currently Lindsay performs with Ensemble Ljeljo in Pittsburgh. Lindsay works as a School Guidance Counselor. She resides with her husband and two children in Mentor, Ohio.
